John J. Ryan

John J. Ryan was born in Boston, MA on October 31, 1944. He received his BA from St. John's University in 1967, his law degree from the University of Maine School of Law in 1970 and an LL.M. from Boston University in 1979. Mr. Ryan was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar in 1970 and admitted to the US District Court, District of New Hampshire; First Circuit Court of Appeals; and United States Supreme Court. He has been with the firm of Casassa and Ryan since 1972, and is a senior partner of the firm.

He is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, and an active member in the Continuing Legal Education Committee of the New Hampshire Bar.

Mr. Ryan specializes in real estate, condominium law, business law, land use planning, municipal law, and litigation related thereto. Other areas of practice include probate and estate planning, banking, and commercial and residential real estate transactions.
